Responsibilities and Duties:

This individual will work in the PM department. The primary focus of this position is to help PM's with admin tasks and coordinate smaller projects and maintenance. This involves scheduling resources, coordinating, and communicating with clients, suppliers, carriers, & internal REMC staff.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
  • Motivated selfstarter

  • Attention to detail
  • Organized

Assets & Previous Experience:


  • Tech Savvy
  • Microsoft Project
  • Working in construction projects
  • Working with Engineers
  • Understanding and reading architectural drawings
  • Ability and want to gain technical knowledge
  • Project coordination experience
  • Procurement
  • Shipping/receiving
  • Bilingual

Job Types:

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
