Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate data management

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.55-$38.56 per hour
