Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Utilize Excel for data entry, order tracking, and generating reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer service procedures and policies.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, data analysis, and generating reports.
  • Bilingualism French & English Required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Contract Details:

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Contract Start Date: 2-4 Weeks

  • Working Hours: Full Time 8am to 4pm
  • Monday to Thursday in the office / Fridays WFH
  • Compensation: 50K to 55K per year

Fixed term contract


Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
