    OverviewAs leaders in the landscaping industry, we at D&G Landscaping take pride in every job we undertake and have a solid reputation for delivering quality services, focusing on industrial/commercial/ and a large part of civil landscaping.

    At D&G Landscaping we also do site development, bank stabilization, aggregate production, equipment rental, and road construction to the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

    Primary Responsibilities Maintain a neat and organized customer service process Establish, develop and maintain excellent client relationshipsDeveloping and implementing strategies to facilitate the cost effective and timely execution of multiple, simultaneous, small and large scale projectsManaging client and stakeholder expectations including effective communication and issues resolutionMonitoring the progress and quality of work associated with project outcomes.

    General ResponsibilitiesAssume overall end-to-end ownership of scope, schedule, and quality of multiple projects' life cycle;Create project work plans in coordination with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, technical subject matter experts and business leads to establish project scope, deliverables, budgets, accountabilities, schedules, timelines, resources, monitoring, and post project audit/evaluation; including communication documentationHost stakeholder engagements with senior executive leaders and/or delegates to lead and collect requirements for projectsSet project milestones and manage team to successfully meet project goals by setting clear expectations for each phase of the projectMonitor deliverables to ensure milestones are met on-budget and on-time, and hold routine communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones;Manage daily operational aspects of the project by providing project management expertise and guidance, enforcing project standards, anticipating and troubleshooting issues and minimizing the hospital's exposure to riskDevelop, manage and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations;Report on implementation progress, risks and issues to direct report on a regular basis and quickly identify strategies to minimize/resolve obstacles to successful project delivery;Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements for on-going process improvementWork on unusually complex problems and is seen as a resource for resolution of unique or highly complex business problems by providing highly innovative, creative and integrated solutions that will achieve quality and work process improvements;Identify and work with stakeholders, sponsors and champions across the organization and supports overall stakeholder management;Some estimating work based on the need and season which may include: Advising, examining, and recommending tendering, receiving and manage tenders, various budgeting activities, submitting tenders and perhaps face to face client work as needed.

    Job showings, site visits as well as draft proposals and quotes as needed.

    Manage engagement risk by reaffirming client expectations, managing scope and taking early action to resolve problems;Regularly interface with appropriate stakeholders, champions and leadership to build and maintain; strong relationships and ensure a smooth transition of business solutions throughout the program life cycle;Identify and monitor outcomes and targets associated with key initiatives;Develop and present material for review and information using strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills with the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively;Work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience;Assist and support program/project communications and overall visibility and establish communications plans, processes and tools across projects/programs, stakeholders groups, leaders and champions.

    Relevant Experience & Qualifications· 5+ years of relevant experience· This position requires a high level of organization and self motivation· Be able to troubleshoot and be resourceful· Excellent communication skills· Civil Engineer University Degree · Civil Engineer College Certificate may be considered if substantiated by industry experience General· Able to lift 25lbs· Proficient in MS Office programs especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word· 7am-5pm – There is no remote work unless you are visiting a site Compensation· Salary 130k + based on experience· Health & Dental Benefits· 3 Weeks Vacation The above statement reflects the general details considered necessary to performance the duties of the job.
