    Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

    Role Overview

    In this role you will work closely with internal business units and technology teams to automate and improve business processes by delivering solutions in Salesforce and other applications in the CRM ecosystem.

    What you will do

    • Translate clients business goals/ challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture designs.
    • You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
    • Conduct research, comprehend analyst reports, stay ahead of technology trends and identify applicability to clients business/ technology ecosystem.
    • Define enterprise blueprints that leverage emerging architecture patterns and industry/ functional solutions.
    • Capable of building end to end business solutions, project delivery lifecycle.

    What you bring to the role

    • Candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
    • Experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud and Salesforce OMS is highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to understand complex business processes.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of working alongside with multiple teams.

    Working Arrangements

    We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our client's office in Kitchener/Toronto, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
