Band: 91Position Summary:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic support for the Sales team and Business Development Manager. This includes developing enhanced reporting tools, analysing dealer facing reports and preparation of business presentations. In addition, the role will assist in driving projects that support dealerfacing tools, brand partner initiatives and growing our digital training content. The Analyst will need to be a strong collaborator and problem solver.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively participate as (stakeholder, SME, PM, and/or collaborator) in the development of dealer-facing initiatives. Based on the project role, required to, and/or actively contribute to the success of the project.
Support the development of training content, collaboration with internal departments and maintenance of the training system. In addition, support remote training initiatives and create onboarding protocols for new dealer employees.
Manage adhoc requests from the DRM team that include reporting, presentations, training and problem solving related to any pricing or program concerns.
Assist in any contest preparation, tracking and documentation. Work with vendors, internal departments and the sales team to structure and organize rewards and events.
Develop dealerfacing reporting and executive dashboards. Evaluate existing reporting and create enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Support brand
20 partner regional reviews with submission of MBFS results.

Qualifikationen:

Education and Experience:
University or college degree with a focus in Business Administration, marketing, statistics or business analysis
35 years of experience in the automotive industry with significant exposure to lending and marketing preferred
Minimum 1 3 years of experience in Customer & Dealer Relationship Management, Sales, and Retail/Dealer Credit and wholesale financing is preferred.

Areas of Knowledge:

Solid verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
General familiarity of business, audit, credit, and vendor management.
Strong analytical, problem solving, analysis and PC skills with captive finance product knowledge
Propensity to integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity.
Ability to Review and Interpret and Evaluate statistical information
