What you'll do


Our Finance team plays a key role in helping us stay competitive in the ever-changing retail environment by providing accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting, analysis and advice to our business.

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A supporting CTR, Consumer Brands and Sourcing, this role supports our Consumer Brands Division (CBD) partners to provide financial counsel in planning, forecasting, reporting and analyzing the Owned Brands business.


  • This role is the finance business partner to our Consumer Brands Division. Their primary business partners will be the VP of Brand Management, the VP of Product Development and their respective teams.
  • The incumbent will development of meaningful and innovative financial reporting that is responsive to the changing business, providing key insights and related recommendations that translate into sound business decisions.
  • Lead indepth monthly review of business financial results with your business partners and finance leadership.
  • Drive regular forecasting and annual planning on the Consumer Brands business to highlight specific areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Manage longterm outlook planning for the businesses aligning strategic direction into building blocks for future growth.
  • Use analytical functions to unpack performance.

What you bring

  • Postsecondary education in Accounting or Finance.
  • Post graduate degree (MBA) or designation (CPA) is considered an asset.
  • 2+ years experience in finance roles, with a preference for finance business partner roles or accounting.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and planning experience, as well as experience with financial modeling.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; superior cross functional relationship/collaboration skills.
  • Strong drive and ability to delivery under timelines.
