Kawartha Metals Corp. is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team working Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4pm. The Administrative Assistant supports various departments and roles within the Company including sales, production, and accounting.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing credit checks on new and current customers.
- Process payments, chase payment from customers whose accounts are overdue by sending reminder letters and making phone calls.
- Send monthly statement of account to customers.
- Complete daily deposit using the remote deposit capture.
- Help coordinate annual inventory creating product sheets, preparing the inventory binders, and adjusting inventory in the system as required.
- Back up other administrative staff when on vacation; invoicing, filing, entering payables.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and adaptable
- Selfstarter and team oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour
