iGaming Ontario (iGO) has established a new online gaming (igaming) market provided through private gaming companies.

Formed in July 2021, iGO is working collaboratively with the Government of Ontario and Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to bring the world's best igaming experiences to the province in a safer environment, helping to protect consumers and provide more choice.


iGaming Ontario is seeking an Account Manager to be accountable for Relationship Management and Performance Delivery with Commercial iGaming Operators.


As an Account Manager you will:

  • Manage relationship governance and monitor adherence to contractual obligations and contract management terms and requirements.
  • Work with internal and external key stakeholders and other shared services departments to ensure obligations are delivered on time and with the expected quality.
  • Balance Relationship Management and Service Experience with monitoring the fulfillment of iGaming Operators' contractual obligations.
  • An expert level of understanding of iGaming operations, the supply of iGaming products and services to operators and the management of contractual relationships and commercial terms.
  • Postsecondary education in Business or Law together with a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience as an Account Manager/Commercial Manager across relevant online/digital industries and sectors.
  • A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fastmoving and resultsoriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills together with a record of developing strong working relationships with executive and peers across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge in developing, implementing, and supporting contract management processes.
  • Welldeveloped analytical and problemsolving skills to gather and analyze information and to organize, clarify and simplify data for a variety of audiences.
  • Exemplary communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the use of computer databases/programs and office technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI).
  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate and ensure priorities are established and deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including the nature, structure and operations of iGaming operators and iGaming related suppliers.
