We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our dynamic team.

As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our internal processes and operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, driving efficiency, and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Additionally, you will lead the strategic sales initiatives and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed established targets through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members, fostering a highperforming and collaborative sales culture.
  • Work with Team Leads to develop multiple sales targets and ensure appropriate performance measurements are in place to drive accountability and results.
  • Understand the competitive sales landscape, market trends, and datadriven forecasting strategies to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Review and approve new sales contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and terms, to facilitate seamless onboarding and successful partnerships.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in tech sales and team management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and training sales professionals, fostering a highperformance sales culture.

Salary:
$100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
