Looking for an experienced employee to add to our sales office and assist with admin duties.


Sales Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Entering data into Quickbooks.
  • Organizing workflow within the office.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Suggesting/upselling accessory products on existing purchase orders.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Greet walkin customers and colleagues in a friendly manner and introduce them to the appropriate department representatives.

Sales Administrator Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A degree or certificate in business administration or similar is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Quickbooks.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Quickbooks is a huge asset
This position is Monday to Friday 8-5pm.

$18.00-$25.00 per hour
