Inside Sales/administrator - Saskatoon, Canada - The Container Guy
Description
Looking for an experienced employee to add to our sales office and assist with admin duties.Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Entering data into Quickbooks.
- Organizing workflow within the office.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Suggesting/upselling accessory products on existing purchase orders.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Greet walkin customers and colleagues in a friendly manner and introduce them to the appropriate department representatives.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A degree or certificate in business administration or similar is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Quickbooks is a huge asset
This position is Monday to Friday 8-5pm.

$18.00-$25.00 per hour
