Responsibilities:


The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for providing cost management, change management, progress and performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting with focus on timeliness and accuracy.


  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve all aspects of cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting for PC services on the project.
  • Understand and adhere to all standards, procedures, templates, and specifications.
  • Manage commitments, actual costs, and budget allocations.
  • Calculate incurred costs, perform cost variance analysis, and create cost reports.
  • Maintain the project change log, initiate Project Change Notices, and understand the project baseline and control budget.
  • Notify the Project Controls Manager of budget deviations and resolve issues.
  • Progressively close out project milestones and report metrics/KPIs in CT/MESR.
  • Execute PC closeout plan, obtain approval for the final closeout report, and provide benchmarking data as planned.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in: Finance or Engineering (preferred)
  • Advanced skills with P6 and SAP; experience with project modules
  • PMP/CCE/CCP considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
