We are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker in our new distribution centre in Langley, BC. In this role, the worker will assist the warehouse operator to ensure the proper functioning of logistics operations.

What you will be doing:


  • Ensure daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, etc.) are completed on time & in full
  • Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all WH activities
  • Ensure safety measures & warehouse rules are known and obeyed by all employees
  • Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met
  • Other related tasks

What we are looking for:


  • 2+ years experience in a distribution centre setting
  • Experience in a quality control environment an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes
  • Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a must
  • Experience in a small teams or startups is a plus
