Property Manager to oversee two new apartment buildings in Saskatoon, each housing over 200 units and featuring a resort-style clubhouse and pool area.

Your Purpose
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Lead the property management team in all areas, including customer service, administration, human resources, tenant relationships, quality control, property maintenance, leasing and rent collection
- Drive high occupancy rates using creative strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Provide monthly and/or quarterly performance reports based on goals you've set
- Act as the main point of contact and the face of the company for tenants and stakeholders
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and resolving tenant issues promptly and professionally
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the properties to ensure they are wellmaintained
- Managing maintenance, custodial and administrative staff.
- Developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and other issues
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
- Communicating with and attending hearings at the Office of Residential Tenancies
- Staying informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property management activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
What You'll Need**Experience in residential property management, preferably overseeing large apartment buildings
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices and property management best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, staff and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to navigate complex landlord and tenant relationships
- A selfstarter who is able to work independently, and takes pride in the delivery of quality services
- Flexibility in schedule is required in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours
- Knowledge of all governing legislation including _The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006_
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite and property management software
- Previous experience with Yardi would be an asset
