Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Specialist to join our team.

As a Relocation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families with the smooth transition of moving to a new location.

You will be responsible for managing their relocation process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation, communication and sales_
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their relocation needs, preferences, and any specific requirements.
  • Take inventory of the client's belongings and assess their value and significance in the relocation process.
  • Present the client with quotes and all necessary information to assist them in their decisionmaking process.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional relocation services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our relocation solutions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the relocation process.
  • Address any concerns or challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Vendor Coordination_
  • Collaborate with various service providers to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
  • Negotiate and secure costeffective agreements with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relocation services or B2C customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligence.
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work with changing web technologies.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, solutionoriented mindset, and a willingness to take initiative in resolving challenges.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.

Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
