We are currently seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative - Bilingual for a client in Burnaby in BC.

This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and will possibly lead to a senior role. Great salary, plus bonus RRSP Plan and full benefirts.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service ( Canadian & US customers and Primary support for (Quebec business)
  • Quote pricing ( French and English )
  • Order Entry
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing and Operations Departments
  • General Office / Clerical work ( including translation of marketing materials from English to French)

- **Requirements**:
  • Fluent in English and French ( written and oral)
  • High school diploma required
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a customer service/order desk settingTeam player and driven with a sense of urgencyStrong multi task
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC software preferred or any accounting soft ware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Great sense of humour
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin, inside/outside, and doortodoor sales will also be considered
