Bilingual Investments Administrator - Quebec City, Canada - Christian Duplessis HR
Description
We are seeking an Investments Administrator for a large Canadian client. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $50,000-65,000. This position will work 2 days per week from the office in either Toronto, Quebec City or St. John's. Fluency in French is a large asset.Responsibilities:
- Aid in processing of investment products.
- Manage assigned files
- Track and followup on outstanding issues
- Followup with advisors regarding missing information.
- Input new client accounts into the system
- Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail to ensure all service standards are met
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the investment industry
- Industry designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) desirable
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of WealthServ and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Bilingualism an asset
