Description
We are seeking an Investments Administrator for a large Canadian client. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $50,000-65,000. This position will work 2 days per week from the office in either Toronto, Quebec City or St. John's. Fluency in French is a large asset.


Responsibilities:


  • Aid in processing of investment products.
  • Manage assigned files
  • Track and followup on outstanding issues
  • Followup with advisors regarding missing information.
  • Input new client accounts into the system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail to ensure all service standards are met

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in the investment industry
  • Industry designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) desirable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of WealthServ and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Bilingualism an asset
