    Description

    Join the Sales Development Representative team to contribute in building and supporting a strong team. Provide new team members with the necessary training and guidance for their success and career growth. Ensure the team meets key performance metrics such as outbound activity, opportunity goals, and lead quality. Contribute to enhancing prospecting and outreach strategies. Collaborate with the Senior Director to maintain pipeline quality. Deliver monthly performance reviews and strategize on campaigns and individual performance to achieve company objectives.

    • Measure, monitor, and report on Sales Development KPIs
    • Utilize product and sales training regularly
    • Evaluate processes to meet business goals and identify areas for enhancement
    • Maintain Sales Development Onboarding Guide

    Requirements:

    • Sales-oriented and target-driven
    • Passion for data, testing, and continuous learning
    • Strong creativity
    • Post-secondary education or management training an advantage
