We are expanding to Prince Albert and we are looking for people with experience that would like to work in the area

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be overseeing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Some other duties are:

Knowledge of the Construction Industry.
Remaining accessible to clients, staff, and trades in a timely manner is required.
Ensuring projects are being handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Able to meet deadlines while working alone and in a team environment
Experience leading a crew.
Onsite supervision and scheduling of staff and trades
Communicating with SFF estimators and managers to help meet KPI's within various systems
Ensures scope of work is being followed as per quoting process to ensure timelines and project budgets are accurate
Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance companies

Requirements:

Valid SK Drivers License
(required):
Criminal Record Check
(required):
Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience
Experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
