IT Network Specialist to

Location:
St-Laurent, QC


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contribute to the upkeep of the network infrastructure and network services for the global enterprise (over 100 sites worldwide).
  • Development and coding on various AWS services

Ex:

Cloud Formation Templates, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, encryption, logging Experience migrating on-site solutions to cloud based offerings, such as Amazon's AWS.


  • Perform troubleshooting activities to resolve business issues.
  • Perform regular updates on open tickets to align users with progress.
  • Improve network solutions and related processes applicable to LAN, WAN, Wireless, SDWAN, MPLS.
  • With largescale infrastructure designs and implementation, be the support expert in internet technologies and network protocols, including DNS, HTTP and loadbalancing configurations using ELBs/ALBs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least five years' experience in the Networking domain.
  • Excellent knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud networking technologies.
  • Excellent Network skills with LAN, WAN and Core networks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2/3 Switches and VLAN's.
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure as a Code and agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls is an asset.
  • Knowledge of F5 and Infoblox appliances is an asset.
  • Cisco CCNP certification is an asset.
  • Cloud networking certification is an asset.
