As a family owned business we are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to the team who shares the same core values as us, taking pride in everything that they do.

General office hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Monday to Friday

Position Duties

  • Reconcile banking accounts
  • Record customer payments and invoice settlement differences
  • Provide collections reports to Management based off regular logistics reports.
  • Maintain customer profiles
  • File and enter monthly sales orders as they arrive
  • Generate required reports
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Looking for 3 to 5 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Preference will be given to those with a CPA Designation
  • Experience with ERP Software
