- Manage and oversee all enterprise CIAM products, use cases, features, and requirements
- Ensure that the CIAM platform complies with Enterprise security standards and industry best practices
- Manage, develop, train, and lead the Customer Protection operational team to support the centralized customer authentication platform
- Collaborate effectively with Fraud, Information Security, Corporate Security, Financial Crime, and business teams to investigate cyber incidents related to customer authentication
- Analyze data, prepare observation reports, create and manage executive dashboards
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with peers, executives within IT teams, and business lines
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Protection team to ensure services are provided to end-users
- Demonstrate superior problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills
- Detailed understanding and past experience with various web and database technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 5 years of experience leading and managing IAM application development and design teams
- 5 years of hands-on experience developing IAM solutions in a Major Bank in North America
- Expert knowledge of regulations, industry standards, protocols, and best practices related to CIAM
- 3 years of experience in solution architecture
- Strong experience in Enterprise Product Management
- Fluency in Spanish
