About The Opportunity:


Working as an integral part of the Ta na wa Chen̓tm Chair & Council Office Department, Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Council Advisory & Support, the Chief of Staff Executive Assistant acts as the right hand to the Chief of Staff and will manage all incoming and outgoing information from their office.

This position is constantly one step ahead, anticipating needs and keeping the Chief of Staff informed.

The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other Directors and community members, bringing information forward diplomatically and adapting to various personality and communication styles with ease.

This position will bring value to the Nation by prioritizing incoming and outgoing messages, scheduling and attending meetings, researching and advising on policies and practices, and acting as a communications liaison.

This is someone who will be interacting with community members and is therefore passionate about contributing to the greater good of our communities.

The incumbent will also evaluate, preserve, and arrange records, and documents, making information within the archives more accessible to the Chief of Staff.

Salary:
$ 73,628 - $ 82,419 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
