    We expect you to act as a servant-leader that assists sales reps on their own and other teams in the efficient pursuit and acquisition of new clients.

    Proactive retention - data analysis and implementing strategies for reducing turnover.

    • Partner with Top management and managers to understand the specific need for the area and propose PeopleX Solutions Partners.
    • Partner with the Design team to develop crossbackers and customized solutions for internal clients.
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, culture, and working environment to increase productivity and retention.
    • HRBP knowledge of compensations, performance management, and talent development.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar career.

    • Previous work experience with strategic HR.
    • Excellent Communication skills, with Advanced English level.
