- Supervise les opérations quotidiennes de l'usine afin d'atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés (métriques) : qualité, sécurité alimentaire, santé et sécurité, satisfaction de la clientèle et nos objectifs financiers ;
- Il est responsable des résultats quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels des indicateurs clés de performance, ainsi que de la communication et de la formation des employés ;
- Il est responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des budgets d'exploitation et d'investissement ;
- Élaborer et promouvoir des plans pour une utilisation efficace des matériaux, des machines et des employés ;
- Diriger, développer et mettre en œuvre des projets clés sur le site, y compris la mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits et/ou équipements ;
- Il est responsable du renforcement et de la promotion d'une "culture du changement" permanente et de la gestion des relations dans un environnement progressif de relations avec les employés ;
- Assurer la formation directe et le développement du personnel salarié et horaire afin d'améliorer les performances de l'usine ;
- Assurer la liaison avec le gouvernement et les organismes de réglementation ;
- Maintenir une bonne communication et de bonnes relations entre la direction, les employés et les représentants syndicaux.
- Bac en sciences alimentaires (produits laitiers), en ingénierie ou dans d'autres domaines pertinents ;
- Minimum de 10 ans en tant que directeur de production dans une usine de taille similaire dans l'industrie alimentaire ;
- Solide expérience de projets de transformation réussis (santé et sécurité, qualité, innovation, productivité, etc ;)
- Expertise en matière d'amélioration continue et connaissance des processus de résolution systématique des problèmes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) ;
- Compétences avérées en matière de leadership et de planification ;
- Expérience avérée dans l'amélioration de la base de coûts et des performances de l'usine ;
- Aptitude/expérience dans la mesure financière des performances de l'usine ;
