Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing warehouse receiving, including quantity counting, checking the integrity of external packaging, and recording relevant paperwork such as receiving receipts.

- Responsible for overseeing the placement of goods in the warehouse, facilitating CBSA on-site inspections, and facilitating order picking and shipping.

- Responsible for maintaining the 5S standards and regulatory compliance of the physical inventory management in the warehouse.

- Responsible for supporting on-site requirements such as customs inspections, including handling, moving, and repackaging of goods.

- Responsible for physically counting consumables in the warehouse, such as unpacking tools, repackaging tools, and stretch wrap, and promptly reporting procurement needs to the warehouse supervisor.

- Responsible for overseeing order picking, shipping, and recording relevant paperwork such as shipping receipts.

- Communicating with drivers, suppliers, managers, customers, and other dispatchers.

- Other duties assigned

Requirments:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a warehouse operations supervisor.

- Proficient in operating warehouse tools, such as forklifts.

- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate tasks and activities within the warehouse.

- Diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented, ensuring proper adherence to warehouse procedures and protocols.

- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and departments.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant warehouse management systems.

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, facilitating clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations in a calm and effective manner.

- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in a warehouse environment.

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
