This is a delivery driver job for someone with a clean 5+ year driver record who wants to work short shifts.

We are looking for someone to do deliveries 3 days per week on Thurs 11am-2:30 (~3.5 hours), Sat 8am-12:00am (~4-6 hours), and Sun 8am-11:00am (3 hours).


About Us:

We are a small food manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for some great employees to grow with us as we go from small to medium. We are located on Kingsway in Port Coquitlam.


Notes:

Please submit a resume and cover letter. We will also require an ICBC Driver Record Check and Criminal Record Check.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Deliver sandwiches/food products in a tall 3⁄4 ton refrigerated van or cube van
  • Deliver orders and collect payment for delivery
  • Maintain a friendly relationship with customers
  • Flexibility to do extra/emergency deliveries as needed considered an asset

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent driver with clean driving record, prefer 5+ years driving experience
  • Reliable & dependable
  • Knowledge of lower mainland roads
  • Professional manner
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds (most items are less than 21 pounds)
  • Ability to calculate or correct invoices considered an asset

Schedule:


  • Thurs 11am2:30pm (~3.5+ hours)
  • Sat 7:30am11:30am (~46+ hours)
  • Sun 7:30am11:00am (3 hours)

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary

Part-time hours: 12 per week


Salary:
$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 8 per week
