Overview:

Responsibilities:


You'll carry out a full array of client service duties, including maintaining paperless files according to our process and standards.


You'll work closely with producers, running renewal cycle, including making sure marketing / remarketing, and mid-term adjustments, for a portfolio of commercial business all run to plan.

You'll support on prospective new clients and support new business onboarding, including marketing.

On a day to day basis you'll

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries
  • Attend team meetings as required
  • Attend client meetings as necessary
  • Be a resource for Producers and clients with regards to different coverages, rating, claims and competition
  • Produce claim reporting as required
Your main responsibility will be to provide an exceptional level of client service to your clients. You'll be working in a lively and collaborative team while carrying out a wide range of duties.


Work Environment:

Hybrid (Agile) - We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.

The expectation is typically 2 days in the office with 3 from home, however if you wanted to be in the office more, that won't be a problem.


Qualifications:

As a minimum you'll have:

  • 7 years of related experience
  • A RIBO license
  • A High School Diploma/GED
It would be an asset if you also had:

  • Insurance designations, such as CAIB, CIP, CRM
  • Knowledge in commercial real estate industry
  • Experience using EPIC
