• Monitor and manage client servers; Windows servers, Hyper-V hosts, VMWare host infrastructure
• Responsible for proactively providing remote monitoring and management (RMM) of client IT infrastructure
• Setup and restore local and cloud backups and create backup jobs using Veeam and Datto
• Create, address, and resolve Proactive, RMM and Backup tickets
• Capable of setting up and managing Hybrid environments
• Capable of automating third party software using GPO, batch scripting, PowerShell
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS
• Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management processes
• Capable of working on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
• Able to apply, implement, and adhere to security solutions

• 2+ years of experience working in IT
• 2+ years of experience setting up, deploying, and managing server and network infrastructures
• Experience with Connectwise Automate would be a major asset
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS
• Microsoft MCSE, VMWare VCSA certifications are an asset
• Advanced experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience in remote replication and local replication concepts
• Experience with Nutanix would be a major asset
• Experience in performing storage allocation based on server requirement
• Experience in configuring different storage devices efficiently to help clients back up their data
• Schedule flexibility: some tasks require scheduling after hours and weekend work
• Effective time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• A passion for learning and technology
• Bilingual (English/French)

• Hybrid office schedule minimum of 2 days per week in the office
