The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing high caliber support to our clients.
A good fit for this role is someone who works well with evolving technology, is effective when working both on their own and within a team, and can take ownership of a ticket from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of O365 / M365 services o Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Capable of providing system administration within the following: o Windows Server o Active Directory o Group Policy
- Capable of supporting Windows environments o Mac and/or Linux knowledge would be a bonus
- Extra consideration will be given to those that can support any of the following: o Exchange Server o Terminal Server o SQL Server o VMware o Hyper-V o Azure o AWS o Nutanix would be a major bonus, our private hosting is done there o Intune o Storage devices
- Dell
- HPE SAN
- NAS
- QNAP
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in IT
- 2+ years working in a client or userfacing support role
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Able to lift 20 lbs
- Effective time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- A passion for learning and technology

From $50,000.00 per year
