Westgate Honda is looking for a Full Time Receptionist for an 8 month contract.
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing customers and assisting the sales/service teams with administrative duties.
Westgate Honda is looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about building relationship with our customers, and other staff.
Job Duties:
- Greeting customers at our premises, over the phone in a prompt and professional manner, transferring them to the correct department.
- Adding/modifying customers in different CRM.
- Ensuring the front desk is kept clean and organized.
- Filling out floor traffic log.
- Writing receipts for sales transactions when necessary.
- Stocking in new vehicles.
- Adding and deleting keys on the key board.
- Assisting with breaking down sold files.
- Filling out back of ownerships into Westgate's name and adding into the used garage book.
- Sorting and filing photocopies of ownerships and license sheets.
- Ensuring the customer waiting area is clean and organized, and coffee machine is kept clean and stocked with supplies.
- Ensuring bathrooms are cleaned and replenished every three hours and cleaning schedules affixed to bathroom doors are filled out properly.
- Preparing Purolator slips.
- Following reception closing tasks.
- Assisting the accounting department with filing, scanning, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- 1 year experience in a Receptionist/administrative frontdesk role
- Available days, evenings and Saturdays
- Grade 12 High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and listening skills
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience working in a car dealership is considered an asset
