Apex Utilities Inc.

(AUI) is a provincially regulated natural gas distribution utility delivering safe, reliable, clean, and affordable natural gas service to over 82,000 residential, rural, commercial, and industrial customers in more than 90 communities across Alberta.

Since 1954, Apex operates over 21,000 km of natural gas pipelines and over 700 pressure and regulating stations through a network of 16 district offices.

AUI is currently looking to fill eight (8) vacancies within many areas of our business including:

  • Finance
  • Customer Care and Billing
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Land Services
  • Facilities Services
  • Business Development and
  • Construction Services
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Participating in required meetings;
  • Administrative tasks including data entry, presentations and/or reports;
  • Creating and or updating documentation for the respective work group;
  • Assisting in collecting and preparing statistics and project reports;
  • Providing required support for various projects; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment;
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; and
  • Attention to detail.
