We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Cafeteria Cook to join our Cafeteria team in Langley. This position is expected to last 6 months.

Reporting to the Cafeteria Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day preparation and service of food for the Langley Office cafeteria, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism while supporting with service and cleanliness.

You will be responsible for:

Following recipes to execute menu items and specials, while ensuring food meets highest of quality standards set by the Corporate Chef.
Participating in preparation of ingredients for execution of menu items.
Providing customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the Langley Office cafeteria, including kitchen and dining area.
Assisting with inventory deliveries and kitchen setup.
Supporting the catering of special events occurring within and outside of the cafeteria, as required.

You have:

12 years of experience working in a restaurant or kitchen.
Experience in a customer service focused role.
The ability to lift lbs.
Food Safe Certification is considered an asset.
