Transportation Billing Clerk - Surrey, Canada - Envision Cold

Salary:
$19 - $20/hr
_ This position is Part-Time, Monday - Wednesday 8:00AM - 5:00PM._
Job Responsibilities:
- Rate jobs according to driver's daily trip sheets
- Audit Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Generate invoices and process payments
- Monitor Driver Records
- Record vehicle repairs
- Review Hours of Service (HOS)
- Manage geofencing for routes
- Maintain KPIs and monthly reporting
- Social event planning
Qualifications:
- Experience in transportation administration
- Knowledge of truck travel times with the lower mainland and Fraser Valley highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
