Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside the Executive Chef, Head Chef & Sous Chef to change the menu regularly focusing on sustainability and seasonality.
  • Working alongside suppliers, local producers and farmers to ensure access to the best produce possible.
  • Training and mentoring new hires as we aim to build a team full of creative power and technical skill.
  • Setting standards of excellence and being an example of professionalism in the workplace.
  • Ensuring accountability through open communication and constructive discourse.
  • Controlling food costs and inventory.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Good understanding of costing and inventory, as well as working knowledge of google sheets spreadsheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Strives for improvement and is eager to mentor others to achieve excellence as a team.
  • Food Handler's Certificate

$20.00 per hour
