We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our
Business System Analyst - Operational Finance.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food's Core Values
  • Partner with Business Process owner, to provide endtoend technology solutions implementation and continuous improvement project leadership.
  • Operational Financial expertise specifically supporting the following business processes: Forecast to Plan, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Source to Pay
  • Solid knowledge in SAP intermodal integration (FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-PP)
  • Analyze and assess business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting informationgathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes.
  • Demonstrate
    OWNERSHIP, confidence, and the ability to make recommendations on appropriate SAP leading practices to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Develops proof of concepts to showcase functional solutions to the key business partners.
  • Configuration of SAP S4 HANA Finance modules, relating to SD, PP & MM operations. Creation of functional specs and training documents.
  • Collaborates effectively with key business decision makers and end users to resolve issues.
  • Provides user support and deliver SAP training to client endusers on current and new functionality.
  • Document requirements, develops business process maps, creates project plans and training materials.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use approved testing methodologies, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for system and or acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.
  • Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines.
  • Ability to continuously learn new and improve existing skills in technologies and solutions such as SAP and others.

Reporting Relationships

  • This position reports to the Business Systems Manager
  • This role will have no direct reports.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years of SAP Finance configuration experience
  • Familiar with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in SD, PP & MM and the Finance touchpoints
  • CPG experience as asset
  • SAP certification(s) are highly preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail and accuracy

  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • Experience in preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration with a proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues working within the context of crossfunctional teams
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, selfstarter with a high level of initiative and
