The Riva team is growing, and we're looking for a Solutions Consultant to provide innovative and creative solutions to our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

More specifically, your duties will include:

Work as a key project technical resource with Riva's top-tier enterprise clients, who have made significant investments in CRMs such as Financial Services Cloud, Government Cloud, and custom Salesforce solutions;
Gather and document customer needs through functional and technical requirements;
Use Riva to build unique customer solutions, produce work estimates, recommend and negotiate designs that satisfy customer requirements;
Build, prepare and test Riva software configurated to answer customer needs based on solution design documents;
Coordinate deployment activities with various stakeholders to various internal and customer environments, both onpremises and cloud;
Troubleshoot and design solutions to challenges faced by customers and teammates in either customer, cloud, or local environments.
Identify risks, problems, solutions, and exercise independent decisionmaking for issues within the workstream, and defaults to a more senior resource for decisions impacting the broader project team, product, or customer.
Meet and exceed resolution goals by solving tickets promptly, as escalated by clients and internal teams; and
Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce, and certifications of Salesforce.
Familiarity with troubleshooting with Windows Server and virtual machines.
Basic knowledge of SMTP, DNS, and SQL query proficiency.
Ability to organize and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work under the constraints of strict deadlines and short turnaround times; and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical people.

Bonus points for:

Computing technology diploma or degree, a Microsoft MCSA, or other IT designations or equivalent experience.
Administration and configuration level knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, and Microsoft 36
Experience as part of a technology consulting company.
Knowledge of programming or scripting.
Secondary language skills.
