About the Role:


The Head of Growth and Performance is focused on creating an environment that enables each person at Bosa to do their best work.

Our People & Culture team is changing the way we approach work, rethinking typical people solutions, and using human centred design.

Instead of thinking and working in terms of specific areas of focus such as recruiting or compensation, this role is intentionally structured to focus on broad challenges and ultimately integrated solutions.

Reporting to the SVP of P&C, the Head of Growth and Performance will lead the development of solutions that are deeply informed by, and co-designed with the business, to help people and teams do exceptional work that is both individually fulfilling, and effective for the organization, while providing learning pathways and growth.


What You'll Do

  • Enable business results by delivering proactive, and targeted solutions that help shape the way people work and contribute;
  • Architect and build a modern, progressive endtoend talent activation strategy that results in employee continuous learning and growth, and longterm career progression, including areas such as performance, capability development, and career progression;
  • Leverage research, external expertise, and people data to design programs that are grounded in proven results;
  • Use behaviour design and architecture principals to optimize an equitable, inclusive environment for people and teams to do exceptional work;
  • Understand and unpack performance, connecting capabilities and results;
  • Lead the articulation and development of our EVP/Employment Brand and supporting employee experience design;
  • In partnership with the People Business Partner, provide change management expertise and targeted delivery and execution support.

What you Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience and deep expertise in one or more areas of the People function: talent acquisition, learning, compensation etc.;
  • A developing understanding how people work and the connection between capabilities and results;
  • Experience leveraging talent data analytics, metrics and reporting to inform strategy;
  • Strong consultation skills and the ability to facilitate the cocreation of solutions with the business;
  • A demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, including an understanding of how to rearchitect systems and processes for equity;
  • A desire to challenge the status quo;
  • Innovative thinking and practice identifying root cause in problem solving;
  • Applied understanding of systems thinking;
