About The Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Residential Intern to join our team of talented real estate professionals.

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to delve into the multi-family residential world with a focus on leasing operations, customer service, and an introduction to property management.


What You'll Do

  • Ensure a positive resident experience from the initial contact, screening process, through to lease signing;
  • Assist in maintaining and updating monthly suite availability, including managing the advertising of available suites by updating marketing channels in a timely manner;
  • Assist in preparing lease documents, rent increase and movein welcome letters;
  • Gather insights from weekly and monthly dashboards, and biweekly competitor data to help identify market trends;
  • Assist with new building launch to facilitate overall leaseup operations;
  • Shadow property manager, community managers, and other team members to gain experience into various aspects of property operations;
  • Participate in and assist with resident events, to foster a sense of community.

What You Bring:

  • Three (3) years of post secondary education;
  • A positive mindset and desire to work in a collaborative team environment;
  • Proven ability to successfully coordinate multiple priorities in parallel;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate intently and work collaboratively;
  • Ability to provide customercentric solutions and adapt to changing needs;
  • Familiarity with a CRM software or Power BI will be considered an asset.

Salary
The expected base salary for this role is $52,000.
