We are looking for a full-time Inventory Analyst
to play a key role in the management of a critical Supply Chain process. This process involves working cross functionally with our marketing, Quality, Supply Chain and Customer Service Departments to ensure fair share of inventory on critical pharmaceutical products.

The Impact You Will Make:


  • Manage a critical aspect of Fresenius Kabi supply chain to ensure an equitable domestic distribution of life saving pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the SAP perpetual inventory system and keeping it in balance with the systems of the company's thirdparty logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Lead the allocations program by developing strong relationships across the functions of marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Be the main point of contact for questions around allocations management.
  • Identify trends and opportunities, assess risks and make recommendations in order to develop inventory related contingency plans.
  • Reduce inventory holding and scrap/write off costs by maintaining policies/procedures to manage the flow of inventory.
  • Review & monitor the policies and procedures necessary to ensure that inventory performance targets are achieved.
  • Introduce new ideas, approaches, and technologies to improve processes and implement changes as required.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly KPIs as determined by the company ISO procedures or by the department's internal measures.

What You'll Bring

- _ Experience._ Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma in Business Operations plus five years of related supply chain experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Possess previous pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- _ Self-Motivated_. Comfortable setting and meeting objectives for yourself and your team members. Able to motivate to achieve those objectives while working cross functionally.
- _ Exceptional organizational and time management skills_. You are highly detailed, and you can shift focus from one priority to another while maintaining accuracy. You can manage a high volume of work and balance multiple activities, prioritizing requests and projects, for stakeholders of all levels of the organization.
- _ The technical experience_. You are technologically savvy and are comfortable working with ERP systems and analyzing data. You have at least 5 years of experience and expertise working with SAP and have completed or are enrolled in PMAC and APICS certifications.
