The Opportunity


CBRE is seeking a resourceful individual to provide administrative and some marketing support while working in a highly collaborative team environment.

This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.

What the Sales Support Coordinator does:

Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as a liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate the completion of financial, marketing, and various client-specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.


Assists with the preparation and production of customized, client-specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials.


Maintains CBRE brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by assisting Marketing to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and qualification packages, as well as the design, installation and tracking of property signage.


Assists with market research tasks such as gathering and inputting data as assigned in support of the sales team and National Research.


Gathers supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.

Coordinates on/offsite meetings and conferences. May coordinate advertising schedules.

Tracks and maintains an inventory of marketing materials.

Updates and maintains various information databases. Generates standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates (as needed).

Maintaining inventory including kitchen and office supplies


What we require
College diploma or equivalent, university degree preferred.

1-2 years' experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals preferred.

Experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required.

Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign preferred but not required
