Description
We are looking for a person with high standards and integrity for the Housekeeping Supervisory role for summer season:


Main duties:


  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the housekeeping staff.
  • Verify room status.
  • Conduct quality inspections of housekeeping and laundry services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services as required.
  • Inspect the hotel facilities to ensure Best Western Plus Bowmanville safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of rooms and cleaning and linen supplies.
  • Prioritize cleaning tasks.
  • Help room attendants cleaning rooms during busy days.
  • Report any maintenance issue and provide written reports of incidents.
  • Prompt reporting lost and found articles.
  • Other ad hoc related responsibilities are required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant.
  • Previous experience in a particular area of cleaning.

  • Weekend and holidays availability.
  • Stand, kneel, or walk for an extended period.
  • Light and heavy lifting.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $16.55 per hour


Schedule:

Experience:

- housekeeping: 2 years (preferred)
