Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

SOCIAL MEDIA

Maintain and update Monthly Social Media Marketing Calendar
Prepare Content (press releases, tradeshows, donations, Int'l Days etc)
Monitor all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
Present and implement new social media campaign ideas
Post approved content
Digital Marketing conversion of cold leads to warm through digital marketing efforts (drive potential clients to our website)

MARKETING ASSETS

Prepare detailed promotional presentations (PowerPoint)
Brochures
Products/New Products
Videos
Work with graphic designers/illustrators etc to develop branded materials

TRADESHOWS

Book/Register Sensor Technology for tradeshows
Coordinate all vendor requirements (electrical, advertising, rentals etc.)
Ensure Attendees are registered
Order branded marketing materials
Ensure all assets are in place

WEBSITE

Monitor and update website (career postings, changes in staff, add blogs etc.)
Research and implement ways to drive traffic to our website
Suggest updates to improve customer experience

ADVERTISING

Coordinate print ads and create content (direct graphic designers, illustrators)
Create marketing campaigns for digital distribution to customers (key touch points, industry thought leader)

GENERAL

Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Assist with planning and hosting of marketing events
Other assigned duties as needed

BRANDING

Ensure all corporate assets (presentations, social media, marketing materials, communications) align with and follow the current standards
Order branded materials as needed (tshirts, stationary, business cards etc)
