What you'll do

  • Divisional website updates through Sitecore, including adding in new plans (descriptions, media, interactive floorplans, SEO), adding Quick moveins (media, descriptions, checking pricing, SEO), adding content to community pages (media, descriptions, videos, interactive floor plans, SEO), updating and adding promo pages, when required.
  • Biweekly web traffic reporting.
  • Updating JDE pricing for presale homes for all Alberta communities products and phases.
  • Adding in missing information on Quick Moveins to push through to the website.
  • Regularly track and monitor digital performance across all channels and provide recommendations and insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Digital and social campaign reports from our agency The Turn Lab
  • Foot traffic, web traffic and online leads analysis
  • QR code and Call Rail tracking and analysis
  • Website traffic, online lead generation and community sign ups
  • Create, coordinate, and submit all required information for provincial and national awards.
  • Setting up Calendly appointments for marketing events.
  • Is the Alberta point of contact social media inquiries sent by corporate marketing over Instagram and Facebook.
  • Updating handouts for all Alberta communities:
  • Pricing handouts
  • ACO pricing handouts
  • Design Studio handouts
  • Included specification handouts for customers (new handout created for each new phase)
  • Analyzing and auditing competitor analysis
  • Basic invoice and budget abilities
  • Own and review quarterly ads from agency and ensure copy and images are all aligned.
  • Being proficient with copywriting would be a huge asset.

What you bring

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Webrelated field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics Four)
  • Experience with UTM tracking
  • Digital data analysis
  • Have basic knowledge about software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of web design properties & experienced in creating and uploading content for the web through a CMS.
  • Thorough understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, the marketing mix, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Creative and analytic abilities to be truly successful at digital marketing, you should be able to bring both art and science to your work and understand how to juggle both important skill sets.
  • Willingness to become familiar with website accessibility standards and privacy legislation.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to problem solve.

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (such as Sitecore CMS) and content architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in the new home building and development industry.
