Position Summary


Administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations.

Additionally, you will work closely with government agencies, customs brokers, and internal teams to streamline the customs clearance process, minimize delays, and maintain accurate records, playing a pivotal role in the smooth cross-border movement of goods

What you will do

  • Prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions.
  • Completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments.
  • Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customs authorities, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth flow of goods and resolve any customsrelated issues or inquiries.
  • Conduct regular audits of customs documentation and processes to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential compliance risks, and take corrective actions as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 years
  • College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
  • Some positions require US/CAN LTL experience
