We are in search of Multimedia Students for our Toronto district within the Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 or 8-month terms starting on September 3rd, 2024.

Responsibilities

Creating visually appealing media content for internal and external audiences, such as videos, photography, and graphic design, including infographics and other marketing material as needed.
Planning and executing video and audio projects, including concept development, research, and collaboration with experts to produce engaging content.
Assisting in scriptwriting, video shooting, and editing, ensuring all materials align with PCL corporate brand guidelines.
Contributing to the development of production timelines, design mock-ups, and creative pitches.
Operating various production equipment including cameras, audio/video recorders, and lighting gear.
Creating branded materials based on PCL's visual identity for business development purposes.
Supporting employee headshots and project photography assignments while adhering to safety guidelines.
Managing tasks and priorities within project schedules.
Building strong relationships with internal clients to develop branding solutions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a multimedia, video/film studies, journalism, graphic design, marketing, or related program.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other digital media tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.
Strong computer, word processing, and researching skills.
Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of social media integration in business processes.
Creative, critical thinker, with effective communication skills.
Previous professional experience or co-op/intern experience is advantageous.
