Summary
As a Financial Support, you will be working closely with the corporate accounting team.

In this position, you will provide support in a few key areas, such as supporting the Accountants and the Accounts Payable department.

You will be responsible for completing month end processes and maintaining supporting schedules. We encourage cross-training to promote diversity and growth within the company.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Full cycle Account Payable processing (coding, approvals, banking, reconciliations)
    Assist the administration and management of corporate phones, fleet & travel:
  • Provide support to Financial Accountants
  • Month end closing
  • Ensure all relevant financial information is entered in a timely basis and within establish deadlines
  • Providing reconciliations and supporting schedules, investigate variances
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis to the Finance and Operations managers
  • Assist in other projects as needed

$38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
