is seeking an organized and diligent _Dealer Operations Coordinator_ to enhance the overall efficiency and success of our dealer operations.

This position, reporting directly to the Service Manager, will play a key role in fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous process improvement across our three locations.

Occasional travel may be required.


The Role:


Platinum Service & Standards of Excellence:

  • Ensure locations are striving to attain Peterbilt Platinum Service & Standards of Excellence
  • Consistently monitor each stage of the qualification process
  • Communicate concerns to appropriate Paccar representatives
  • Gather required documentation, data, and photos for submissions
  • Review all data and report to management.

Training:


  • Train new service department staff on various roles, procedures, and systems
  • Run frequent Peterbilt training reports
  • Monitor Cummins training to ensure staff certifications do not expire

Process Facilitation:


  • Assist in process development and mapping
  • Organize and maintain service department filing and records
  • Update client information as required
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

System Facilitation:


  • Train and hold teams accountable for Paccar solution usage
  • Monitor Paccar solutions cases and ensure proper usage
  • Serve as a fleet liaison for Paccar onboarding
  • Conduct annual evaluations of special pricing with service managers
  • Process work orders and troubleshoot CDK issues
  • Run and administer daily reports

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Monitor customer survey responses and share responses with appropriate service team
  • Manage MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance) by updating new/departed technicians with safety tickets and acting as a liaison for safety audits
  • Assist other departments as requested and necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership environment is required
  • Previous experience using CDK Drive is considered an asset
  • Exemplary time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fastpaced work environment
  • Demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical, and critical thinking
  • Tenacious problem solver with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability and willingness to travel
