We are looking for a
Communications Intern willing to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the COO, we are counting on our Communications Intern to assist in developing and optimizing our communications channels.

The Communications Intern will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing and communications strategies are put into action. Throughout your internship, we are open to your innovative and creative ideas

As a Communications Intern you would be responsible for:

  • Review, analyze, and strengthen our current communication & marketing efforts.
  • Assist with marketing tools for upcoming events and presentations.
  • Participate in the coordination of communication initiatives.
  • Design and create visual content.
  • Promote our Crowe BGK brand.
  • Create, edit and integrate content on our firm's website, social media, client newsletters, communicationsrelated projects, and more.
  • Collaborate and support senior management in business development projects, including proposals, profiles and presentations.
  • Manage our social media posts by creating and following a schedule.
  • Perform other related tasks.

What you need to succeed:


  • Enrolled in a university program in an appropriate discipline (marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or other related field).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Adobe's Creative Suite (an asset).
  • Strong familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Proactive, disciplined, highly motivated and selfinitiating.
  • Professional, detailoriented, resourceful, resultsdriven.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • A creative and strong writer in content. Has the ability to write clearly and concisely. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in writing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and French.
  • Has strong organizational skills. Can effectively prioritize and respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts.
  • Previous professional social media and marketing experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in working with Constant contacts (or similar tool), an asset.
