United Gulf Developments is now seeking a diligent, energetic, and experienced Real Estate Manager/ Property Manager to join our Management Team.

United Gulf Developments is a Halifax-based Group of Companies responsible for the planning, construction & development of a large and robust number of projects ranging from Newly Built Commercial Plaza's to High Rise Mix Use Residential Apartments, all managed internally by our team of highly experienced & professional members.

The Property Manager's primary responsibility will be the daily management & operation of our large and growing Commercial & Residential Portfolio.

The Property Manager is responsible for reviewing & managing commercial and residential leases, approval and screening of potential tenant's, collecting rental arrears, supervision of our building superintendents and staff, solving complaints with our valued tenants both commercial and residential, regular maintenance and building upkeep, and lastly but not limited to, supervision of snow removal and landscaping trades.

We are seeking an individual with 3+ years experience in Residential or Commercial property management to join our group and soak into our multiplex set of assets city-wide and be able to provide our team with a pro-active style management.
